About me

My Story.
 My Mission.

My name is Israel  Anaya. I am a certified NASM  National Academy of Sport Medicine Personal  trainer. My passion for fitness, health, and nutrition  began with sports: soccer, basketball, and bodybuilding. 


I am very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you can excel in life.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, preventing  injuries, eating nutritious foods, as well as getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help others achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

I started working for a meal prep company in 2017 and I recently decided to turn my dream of owning my own meal prep company into reality. I would find joy in helping you make healthier food choices and showing you a variety of nutritious and delicious meals you can prepare or order from me.

I believe that with all my experience from weight training, soccer, basketball, bodybuilding competitions, and meal prepping, that I can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, a fitness insight I can offer support, tips, and training as you work to reach your fitness and weight loss goals.

After your initial one-on-one personal training session, you’ll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises, or other activities depending on your goals.
